Description

The FLSUN PEI flexible print plate consists of two parts:

A powder-coated PEI printing platform
And a magnetic base plate with 3M adhesive backing

Put together, these parts result in a robust, magnetic and heat-resistant printing plate with very good adhesion.

When printing, the coating on the build platform provides excellent adhesion, but the magnetic plate allows the model to be detached simply by flexing the plate.

Does this fit on a FLSUN QQS pro and does it interfere with the auto levelling of the printer ? Thank you Steve.

  No they are different sizes
print detach from PEI after few layers, not everywhere, only in some places, but not the same; there is a correct maintenance to clean PEI?

  Cleaning with isopropanol is recommended, touching the plate will leave skin oil on the surface which will prevent good adhesion
Does the adhesive layer get applied to the glass bed or the heated bed under the glass build surface?

  I find it strange that they explain it in this way. Typically the glass should be removed. Attaching the magnetic base to the glass isn't a huge problem, the only issue is that it will insulate the heated bed more reducing heat transfer to the printed part but I expect FLSUN explain it like this for reasons of practicality so please follow their instructions on this.

  Why do you say that the glass bed should be removed?
  The FLSUN Community site, under Upgrades, for the PEI Coated Spring Steel build plate, Installation states:
  1. Clean the glass of any grease & debris
  2. Attach the giant fridge magnet (sticky side to glass)
  3. Place the PEI coated plate on the fridge magnet
  4. Enjoy!
  
  So, which is correct - your answer or the one on the FLSUN Community site, please?
