Dropped while in Transfer

Supposed to be a birthday present.
- the door does not close, as it doesn't fit the frame
- the top glass does not fit the rectangular hole
Box was opened when it arrived (have pics and time stamps of delivery).
Has been dropped or thrown around while in transit.
That being said, if you feel it's not right, DO NOT PRINT. Seller might try to pin it on you.
