The FLY AIR S | L | T is the all-around inflatable SUP that everyone can enjoy. Our easy and stable all-rounder is the perfect solution if you are looking for a classic board that can perform in everything from flatwater to small waves. Highly portable, strong, stiff and durable, the FLY AIR S | L | T is the convenient answer to limited storage, city life and travellers’ demands. With a great mix of glide, stability and all terrain versatility, the all-around outline and generous volume cater for those looking for an easy ride; while the side fins give great bite when riding small waves. SIZE DOES MATTER! 20.25 marks a major update to our iSUP range. While our tried and tested shapes remain unchanged, we have completely overhauled the construction. It all started over 2 years ago with a big survey of our customers, asking them what the most important buying factors were. Although we already had a pretty good idea, the results were overwhelming. For over 90% only 2 things are important: weight and packing volume. With this focus, we developed a brand new material with our supplier.

Instead of the industry-standard knitted material, we have switched to woven drop-stitch material for all our boards. This material is 20 % lighter but still even stiffer. Just as importantly, the woven material is much easier and more compact to roll. All panels are connected through welding now instead of glue. This not only means a significant improvement in durability, but also a considerable weight saving due to the elimination of the heavy adhesive. Finally, even the EVA deckpad has been optimized. The additional split in the middle further reduces the weight and ensures an even more compact roll-up. The end result is truly stunning, as our S | L | T boards are probably the lightest and most compact iSUPs on the market (up to 20% lighter than their predecessors with a packing volume reduced by around 40%).Finally we have added a couple of brand-new features to our iSUP range:- Additional D-rings in the back for optional seat attachment- TOW + ACTION-CAM COMBO-MOUNT- LASHING + SHOULDER COMBO-STRAP.

FEATURES

WOVEN DROPSTITCH TECHNOLOGY

New woven dropstitch technology is used on the top and the bottom of the board. The process starts with a glue-free PVC lamination. The new weave provides a structure for the polyester yarns – which gives the board its shape. The weave has less give than the traditional knitting method. Knitted fibers have soft and stretchy properties, whereas this new weaving is superior in stiffness, reflex, and rigidity.

WELDED RAIL TECHNOLOGY

Starboard’s Welded Rail Technology uses a new & advanced heat-welding process whereby the top and bottom layers of the board are mechanically bonded. That means there is no glue used to join the top and bottom along the rails (where leakage can occur) and these joins are now bonded for life – making our boards the most durable on the market!

FULL POWER PLANING

Our SUP Windsurfing Inflatable boards feature our 3D Rail Edge technology, a proprietary 3D elastomer compound that follows the contours of the board and creates a release edge that allows the boards to fully plane yet fold and roll up. Thanks to this 3D Rail Edge, you can accelerate and enjoy the most exciting planing sensation possible on an inflatable board.

REMOVABLE MAST TRACK

All SUP Windsurfing Inflatable boards use the new removable mast track system that leaves a flat deck in the paddle board mode.

EXCLUSIVE FOOTSTRAP SYSTEM

Starboard’s exclusive foot strap insert system uses 7mm thin insert plates that are glued to the board’s surface. The footstraps bolt into the embedded brass plate and two male pins connect through the footstrap for a twist-free fitting.

REMOVABLE CENTER FIN

All models have a removable center fin box. Remove the box for an improved paddling experience without the added weight or drag. Attach the box and supplied Drake Shallow center fin to prevent the board from drifting sideways when windsurfing.

2 x D-RINGS

They also feature two D-rings: one in the nose that acts as a towing eye for easy transport and one in the tail that acts as a leash plug. Paddle boarding without a leash is dangerous and not recommended.

ROLLER-WHEELED BAG

Starboard inflatable boards are supplied with our roller-wheeled bag that packs everything away tidily and conveniently. Featuring eco RPET 450D outer fabric layer made from recycled plastic bottles, in partnership with Waste2Wear. V8 DOUBLE ACTION PUMP

All boards are supplied with our benchmark V8 Double Action pump. Inflate your board faster and easier with continuous pumping cycles in both down and upward action. The 2023 AllWave comes in a completely new shape. It´s super easy to paddle and catches wave after wave, whether it’s clean overhead walls, or small and choppy. Between the 5 sizes 7´9” / 8´2” / 8´7” / 8´10” and 9´2” everyone will find the right model for their skills and body weight. The two new smaller sizes 7’9“ and 8’2“ are the perfect choice for more experienced riders who want to go out in moderate conditions.

Due to the new outline and a new rail shape, the board is shorter but carries the same volume and therefore is more compact. To maintain the performance on the rail, the width of the boards has not been changed. The biggest innovation is the underwater hull: A new rocker curve makes sure the board rips in any conditions – from messy small waves, to more powerful, clean and faster swell.
