NEO-REZ is a fast-curing, clear synthetic that works great to repair neoprene wetsuits. Unlike other sealers or patches that take hours or even days to cure, NEO-REZ is dry to the touch in about 20 minutes and can be put into use in about two hours. When throrughly cured, NEO-REZ is totally waterproof and incredibly strong yet soft and supple.

A super small compact kit everyone should have in their kite bag or glove box.

Kite includes:10 white ‘peel and stick’ Dacron rounds (1 7/8″ diameter)
10 black ‘peel and stick’ Dacron rounds (1 7/8″ diameter)
5 99% alcohol wipes

Leading edge and strut sleeve repairs: Fix small holes that aren’t structural. Recommended to place one round behind the fabric and one round on the outside. A little bit of heat will help set the adhesive. PRO TIP – use magic markers to color the white Dacron to match your canopy color.

Canopy repairs: Fix small holes and tears in the canopy. Recommended to sandwich the damage by putting a round on each side of the canopy. If the tear is longer than 1 1/2″ you can use several rounds on a single tear. PRO TIP – use magic markers to color the white Dacron to match your canopy color.

Bladder repairs: Out of desperation (aren’t we all desperate when it’s windy) we’ve used the Dacron rounds to patch holes in leaking bladders and they worked.

Airtime Nylon Repair Tape 2″ x 25′

Nylon repair tape is most often used when you need to repair large tears in the canopy. The tape is not as heavy duty as the Dacron repair tape but the lighter weight is beneficial when you need to use a lot of it. The tape can be removed easily when you decide to have the kite professionally repaired and doesn’t leave a residue as other tapes do. Do yourself a favor and never use duct tape on your kite. 2″ x 25′ roll.

Epoxy Ding Stick

The Epoxy Stick is a hand-kneadable epoxy putty that mixes in a minute for making temporary or permanent repairs to any board, dry or wet. It contains a fading blue dye that becomes fiberglass white after mixing.

60″ of 2″ wide kite repair tape Dacron fabric with a pressure sensitive adhesive meant for marine application. Taping minor damage is always the first choice when fixing a kite yourself. Tape is easy to use, the kite is ready for use immediately, and if you don’t do it perfectly you can pull it off and try again. We recommend you tape both sides of a damage panel and that you check the tape after every session to make sure it hasn’t released from the fabric. You can color the white repair tape with magic markers to achieve any custom color.

Airtime Valve Trap

Airtime developed the Valve Trap because people have asked for years why they couldn’t re-use their perfectly good valves when they started leaking. This is the solution that lets you quickly and permanently attach a new or used valve to any bladder. Repair old bladders or assemble new. The Valve Trap sandwiches any valve between two layers of soft foam and seals the valve in place with a specialized adhesive.
