Description

Benefits of Bondtech CHT technology

Bondtech CHT nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands, which melts the material from the inside. As a result, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be achieved.

Advantages of nickel plating

A nickel coating is applied to the plated brass nozzles to protect against dirt, corrosion, erosion and abrasion.

Nickel-plated nozzles have higher corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother material feed and delaying plastic adhesion to the nozzle surface.
