Snapmaker Artisan 3D Printer

The Artisan 3-in-1 3D printer inspired the 3D universe with its versatile functionality, smooth work processes and excellent quality of it's printed parts. Due to the fact that the 3D module, among other things, was very well received, the 3D printer is now also being offered individually.

Snapmaker Artisan is an all-metal, industrial-grade construction. It features heavy-duty steel guide rails that are precision machined to the micron level using CNC grinding. The 3D printer impresses with high printing speeds, outstanding precision and a huge build volume of 400 x 400 x 400 mm, with which you can also tackle large projects with ease.

Ultra-fast print speeds with high accuracy

Thanks to an optimised transmission system and a precise motion control algorithm, Artisan is able to achieve a remarkable dimensional accuracy of ±0.1mm even at a printing speed of 180mm/s. Without a doubt, a fascinating construction!

Quick Swap changing system

Snapmaker's Luban software goes well beyond automatically detecting nozzle types and sizes. It also offers personalised parameter configurations tailored to your specific needs and desires. By taking advantage of existing settings, your projects can be finalised in record time.

With a specially built-in motor, the 3D printer also switches smoothly between two extruders. There is no manual movement of a tool head or switching of a switch.

300°C dual extrusion

Artisan is equipped with a Dual Extrusion system. This is designed for a maximum temperature of 300 °C so that a wide range of materials can be used. Filaments can be easily combined with PVA, HIPS and other dissolvable support materials. The carrier material dissolves after printing, leaving smooth surfaces and freeing you from tedious post-processing!

Zone-heated bed

The Artisan's heated bed is a true masterpiece in terms of efficiency and precision. Thanks to its zone-heated technology, the print bed is supplied with individual temperatures in different areas. While the generous inner zone of 260 x 260 mm can reach temperatures of up to 110 °C, the maximum temperature of the outer zone is limited to 80 °C.

The extraordinary speed with which the inner zone heats up is particularly noteworthy: it takes just 2 minutes to reach the optimum temperature of 60 °C. The outer zone remains untouched and saves valuable energy and time.

Automatic bed levelling and easy calibration

Artisan features automatic bed levelling and allows calibration in a few simple steps.

Special double-coated build plate with excellent adhesion

The Artisan build plate is a true all-rounder: On the one hand, glossy glass ensures first-class adhesion of the first layer. It offers a perfect basis for particularly flexible filaments such as TPU. On the other side, the plate has a PEI coating that guarantees excellent adhesion even with other materials such as PLA or PETG!
