Magigoo 3D Glue Stick for PA, 50 ml

WHAT

MAGIGOO PA is designed for professional use to work exclusively with polyamide filaments. The part should be relatively easy to remove once it has cooled, and the adhesive residue can also be easily removed.

WHY

In general, there are three main types of PA in the FDM industry, including PA12, PA66 and PA6. Sometimes these materials can either be combined with other polymers or reinforced with glass or carbon fibres. Generally, nylons have high strength, toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance, and are much sought after in various industrial applications.

Nylon filaments pose a challenge to the FDM printer because of their lower adhesion to conventional 3D printing surfaces and their higher warp tendency. In addition, there are several classes of PA filaments that behave differently. MAGIGOO-PA is a special solution for the FDM printing of PA filaments, which was developed for a variety of PA types

HOW

MAGIGOO PA has been developed and tested to work with different PA and fibre reinforced filaments.

• Shake the bottle
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip onto the print bed (activate the inner valve) and spread as needed.
• Print according to the recommendations of the filament / printer manufacturer
• Allow to cool and remove. The print should jump off immediately
• Cleaning - Use a damp cloth to wipe.

SAFETY

Using this product with filaments other than PA filaments may result in excessive adhesion and damage to the build surface.
